About Zee's House of Teas
Our Story
More Than Tea—This Is Legacy.
Tea has been part of my family’s story for over 50 years. I’m Zaheerah—most people call me Zee—and my journey with tea began when I was just a child. My grandfather, now 92 years young, and my mother were the first to introduce me to the healing power of herbs. Their influence planted the roots of what would one day become Zee’s House of Teas.
When I was six years old, I experienced a loss that forever changed my world—my older brother passed away from asthma at the age of 10. At the time, my mother was also battling severe asthma. This was in the 1980s, when natural wellness wasn’t as mainstream. But through her faith, strength, and the support of her doctors, she turned to herbs as part of her healing journey—and she completely transformed her health.
That experience showed me how powerful plants can be—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
At Zee’s House of Teas, we honor that legacy with every blend.
To us, tea is more than a beverage. It’s a moment of peace, a ritual of care, and a source of healing. Whether you’re starting your day, finding your focus, or winding down, we’ve got a cup for that.
